As you may know, it was held on every September 15th, however, it is held on the 3rd Monday of September due to \u201cHappy Monday\u201d system which was established in 2001.<br \/>\nThe number of people age 65 and older in Japan as of September 15th. This group accounted 35.14 million (27.7% of total). The ratio of the total population is more than a quarter for four straight years.<br \/>\nElderly people have experienced and studied a lot of things, and also have stored their minds with knowledge. We can say that elderly people is \u201cLife Master\u201d, because they have already had a broad range of knowledge that we should try to acquire.<br \/>\nA \u201cRespect-for-the-Aged Day\u201d is not only the date we treat elderly people so kindly, but we should learn from their valuable experience and wisdom and we also have to think about the importance of it. These things will lead to respect for them from our heart.<br \/>\nEveryone goes through the same thing. This way of thinking is a step for creating a rich aging society.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h1>In Preparation for Lockdown<\/h1>\n<h2>Trial for Door Stopper Device<\/h2>\n<p>In case of detecting an intruder, we announce an evacuation order to every building using the emergency broadcasting system and provide a lockdown system after a certain time. However the entrance of each building currently keeps door open unable to lock automatically. So an intruder can go through the school easily from outside at the moment.<br \/>\nWe came up with one of solutions for that and decided to attach a Foam Door Stopper for preventing the door shut completely in<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>the usual case, but we can remove it in case of urgency. So we can put locked doors back the way they were when the doors shut. (Refer to the picture in Smile Japanese.)<br \/>\nWe will execute a trial for Foam Door Stopper on the Class Observation Day, Sep 30th. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.<\/p>\n<p><b>Announcement for Event Change<\/b><br \/>\nLockdown Drill on October 14th will be postponed due to schedule conflict at the site. Instead of that, we will have a Fire Drill. Lockdown Drill will be conducted in the third term.
